Tomkat's cuisine stems from solid Italian roots blended with interesting international influences, resulting in an original, dynamic and always functional food proposal to accompany the wine universe. The menu is based on high quality raw materials, which are treated in a simple, natural and conscious way, in order to respect and enhance them to the fullest. The focus of the food, as in the case of wine, is solely and exclusively the product: hence the close collaboration with the best Italian and foreign suppliers, selected with extreme care and scrupulousness, so as to bring to the table a first-class offer.

Twenty-four-hour cooking time. 300 grams of beef cheek immersed in a broth that smells of Montalcino red, spices and time. Italian intingolo from perfect scarpetta.

A selection of artisanal Tuscan cheeses from Corzano and Paterno, carefully aged and chosen to showcase the diverse nuances of milk, terroir, and aging. Intense yet elegant flavors, ranging from fresh and creamy to deeper, savory, and complex notes. Ideal for sharing, perfect with full-bodied white wines, elegant reds, or a fine Champagne.

Oysters selected for their freshness, balance, and quality, served plain to best showcase their marine character. A clean, precise taste: savory notes, a briny freshness, and an elegant texture. Perfect as an appetizer, especially with Champagne, mineral-driven whites, or taut, vertical wines.

A marinated egg with a soft, flavorful yolk, served with onions and salsa verde. A simple, intense, and truly gourmet dish: the richness of the egg meets the sweetness of the onion and the aromatic freshness of the salsa verde.
