Twenty-four-hour cooking time. 300 grams of beef cheek immersed in a broth that smells of Montalcino red, spices and time. Italian intingolo from perfect scarpetta.

Galician-style octopus
Soft tentacles laid on roasted potatoes and sprinkled with sweet paprika. With its cooking juices we create an aromatic sauce with paprika and evo oil, the Italian sauce that calls the scarpetta.
