    Yes, we always recommend making reservations to ensure availability.

  • Do you require an escrow card?

    Yes. The card is only required to guarantee the reservation for groups of 4 or more people.

  • What is your no-show policy?

    No-shows or late cancellations will result in a charge as indicated on the reservation form. This is a necessary measure to ensure fairness and respect toward our work and the fresh produce we use.

  • Can I change or cancel a reservation?

    Yes, within the time limit stated at the time of booking. For urgent changes you can contact us directly.

  • What are your schedules?

    Updated schedules are always in the "Book" section and updated on our Google profile.

  • Does the kitchen close at a specific time?

    Yes. The last order is accepted according to the time indicated in the "Book" section. However, exceptions are possible after direct contact.

  • Do you manage allergies or intolerances?

    Yes, consistent with our kitchen. We ask that you communicate these at the time of reservation. Although we indicate the allergens in the dishes, we cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination.

  • Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?

    We always have some options available; please indicate this in advance

  • Do you customize the dishes?

    No. Our cuisine is based on balance, technique and precise identity: that is why we do not make customizations that alter the dish as it was intended. We will, however, make every effort to handle any allergies reported at the time of reservation.
